The two-day expedition from Devprayag to Rishikesh is packed with thrilling rapids, picturesque vistas, and starry night camping that you will cherish forever. You will paddle through some of the biggest rapids, simply soak it up on a smooth stretch of the river, and camp for a night under the stars with nature.

Begin your adventure from Devprayag, meet your guides, and receive a safety briefing.
Paddle over powerful rapids such as The Wall (Grade IV+), Daniel's Dip (Grade III+), and Three Blind Mice (Grade III).

The rapids encountered today will include Roller Coaster (Grade III+) and Golf Course (Grade IV), as well as Double Trouble (Grade III) and Hilton (Grade III). The waters start to become tamer as you get closer to Rishikesh, where you can sit back and enjoy the view.
The tour continues at NIM beach in Rishikesh, carrying with it memories for a lifetime.
Age Limit: Participants must be 14 years or older to join the expedition.
Weight: 40kg - 100kg (to be in proportion with height)
Health Restrictions: Prohibited for heart patients, severe asthmatics, epilepsy cases, and post-operative patients.
Weather Conditions:Weather can change quickly, so be prepared for sudden showers or cold winds.
Dress Appropriately – Wear quick-dry clothes: shorts, T-shirts, or track-bottoms. Never wear jeans, sarees, skirts, etc.
Depart Early – Weekends are quite busy in Rishikesh, so be sure to leave ahead of time to avoid traffic!
Stay Hydrated – Drinking lots of water is a must, so keep the bottle handy!
Listen to Your Guide – Safety tips are to be followed at all costs.
Pack Wisely – Your packing list should include sunglasses with a strap, sunscreen fo the skin, towel, and spare clothes.

Adventure with Care While the rafting experience is thrilling, safety is always a priority. All rafters are provided with life jackets, helmets, and safety paddles. The rafting is guided by certified and experienced instructors who ensure you have a safe yet thrilling experience on the water. The raft guides will guide you through each rapid, teaching you the right paddling techniques and ensuring that everyone is on the same page when it comes to navigating the river.
Note: The Outbound Adventure team provide kayak support and safety kayakers to ensure the safety of all rafters. The team is trained in first aid and water rescue, so you can rest assured that you are in safe hands
The trip concludes near Rishikesh, at one of the famous bridges like Ram Jhula or Laxman Jhula. As you reach the end of the 70 Km rafting route, you’ll have a deep sense of satisfaction from the adventure and the mesmerizing views. Once ashore, you can relax and enjoy refreshments while reliving the memories of this exciting rafting experience.
Physical Fitness: While this stretch is suitable for beginners, a moderate level of fitness is recommended for optimal enjoyment.
Clothing:Wear quick-dry clothes, as you will get wet. Avoid wearing flip-flops; water shoes or sandals are ideal.
Timing:The best time to go rafting in Rishikesh is between September and June, with peak rafting conditions during the months of March to May.
